genbank proper LOCUS name #11

the LOCUS name appears as the sequence name when imported into geneious. This way the LOCUS name of the output genbank file is the same as the input fasta record

Hi @dr3y thanks so much for this pull request -- however I am changing how pLannotate handles gbk file writing in the next release and this will be included. Im not likely to accept small changes on the main branch right now since there is significant refactoring in the diamond_improvements branch. I recommend you poke around that branch and I am receptive to comments and ideas there :)
