package 'PyObjC' only available for macOS #12

In docs/setup_software, under 'running experiments'

The instructions are to install the package 'PyObjC'. When attempted on windows, and error occurs that states this package requires macOS to build.

This may not be an issue for video acquisition, as we run on a mac, but will see if this package is problematic for coding on Windows.

Need to update documentation to include this caveat
