Notifications?

I'm really loving this. The biggest thing I'm missing is that I need to know when someone mentions me. Is this on the road map? Do you have any ideas/opinions on it and would you welcome a PR?

I imagine a minimal implementation would be:

• Notification for when someone mentions me "@someone mentioned you"
• Works on Linux/Windows/macOS
• Click on notification brings app to foreground

Then build more notification types, route to correct place in the app and notification preferences in additional PRs.

My first idea was to highlight it as a message badge. Though I'm not sure how cross platform this is.

But yes, I'm onboard with pop up notifications in general! We'd need an easy way to turn them off though.
