fix up window.AudioContext in case of prefixing #8

quick attempt at fixing https://github.com/mmckegg/web-audio-school/issues/7, except i don't have Safari available to test.

I will try this out in safari later today. But I do have a feeling there were lots of other issues too hence the lack of prefix.
