As a shop owner

I want to manage my stock

So that customers can view availability

Done: Stock count can be changed through the database and stock is automatically reduced after reservation and new stock displayed to customer.

Assigning this to myself as I think it piggy-backs off my other issues but if anyone else wants to take this up and I haven't feel free to do so
