Added database handling and schema #19

Can we confirm this is the db schema we want and if we want to add connection instantly when the singleton is instantiated?

(Do want to make a side note that my git config had my personal GitHub as the username but you can confirm it is me with the commits .patch showing my student email https://github.com/mmcpp16/tsi-project/commit/63a98e998b0844c30c3ecadf2594a462dd6c21a3.patch this issue should be rectified for the future)

Also forgot to mention the addition of DatabasePopulator.py this will allow us to populate our local db with 10 products
