Grid and number coloring doesn’t work when the satellite view is turned on #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Zoom into a satellite view of Minneapolis
2.
3.

In the example offered, there is so much background green from trees, that the 
current black and faint red coloring are impossible to see.

Suggest using a brighter red or blue for both.

This issue won't take long to resolve, it's just a matter of finding 
appropriate styles. We can easily incorporate the styles that Marconi uses in 
his map, if those are acceptable. But I also think a halo or shadow will be 
useful for labels when Satellite view is used.

Please check out the new text labels, with some shadows that produce a "halo" 
that attempts to resolve this issue. It may have a minor impact on performance, 
but hopefully leads to overall readability when using Satellite view.

Please test with QA and verify solution is acceptable.
