Update the MSW HTML Help system to show the new changes for the Remote feature #21

This will represent what the Remote Installations dialog box will do on the Primary. But if there is a Secondary Remote dialog as well to report current status of the link and do Login/Logout operations, then this should be shown and documented as well.

There are old WinHelp files in the source (and MakeHelp.bat), but the active files in the /hlp directory use the Microsoft HTML Help Compiler system that was current for Visual Studio 2010. This is still available for download from Microsoft, but must be done separately (see README.md).
