Add support for Mpeg2-TS /UTP Multicasts as Media #387

I like to send via Cromecast-API a media-adress like "udp://224.0.0.1:1234"

For what is it useful?

1. Get Connection to IPTV-Multicasts 
2. Connect to CCTV-Cameras an other Realtime sources ( Like VLC-Player, Caspar 
CG, Hardware-Video-Encoder ...).

udp is not supported and there is currently no plan to add that support.
