CEC not available on LG TV #674

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Turn SIMPLINK on on LG 47LE8500
2.  Conect to Chromecast 2, playback content from YouTube or Wuaki.tv
3.  Use the TV controller to pause content, it won't pause

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The TV controller should be able to pause content playing through Chromecast 
when Simplink is turned on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LG 47LE8500 latest firmware update
