I have been using the "N_final.txt" file in the output folder to tabulate true abundance for particular simulations. Anyone using this file should bear in mind that if simulations are interrupted and restarted or just repeated, rSPACE will simply add N values for new simulations to this file starting at the bottom, i.e., it does not automatically delete this file and start over when starting a new set of simulations. So if re-starting or repeating simulations for a particular landscape, one should (either manually or within their R script) delete the "N_final.txt" file first if planning on using this file for anything. If lots of rSPACE users find themselves referring to this file, it might be worth adding in some script to automatically delete this file before starting a set of simulations, but in the meantime, users should be aware of this nuance.
