Remove gdrive from DVC #6

Users shouldn't have to give DVC access to their google account to run TICA. We should change DVC remote so that it uses models at MAST.

MIT has a webserver that can support DVC remotes. An implementation for this will be put up soon.

Changes are implemented on branch faus_rm_google, and the branch passes regression tests.

I am opening a pull request, and will ask Roland and Chris to run a test of the new DVC remote.

Chris tested that he retrieved the calibration models without gdrive. Closing issue.
