The Master list in the macroinvertebrate data list is different to the one in the master file -see below. Are you able to update master list using this list as I have noted several spelling issues. Then I can check the revised master list. Remember that all taxa in the data file MUST be in the master file or the uploading wont work.

Hello @helendallas , Kindly have a look at this final Macroinvertebrate master file. Some of the taxa were identified at order level, so the team has included these data in the list.

@Thacien1 Thanks. I have gone through it. changes in red. I have also added higher taxonomy for each as this is needed for the master list.

I agree that origin, endemism and conservation should also be left blank as this is really only useful at species level (and sometime genus).

This has been completed. Note that most taxonomy is at family level, so GBIF data cannot be harvested for invertebrates. Closing ticket.
