Write the readme.txt file that will be sent to users with the data they request #35

@mmindje Please can you write a short work document that we can add to RBIS. This will be sent with the data requested by users once it has been vetted by the RBIS team. Thanks

Good morning @helendallas . If I get this right, do you mean a document to users whom we have agreed to provided to? e.g. some one asks for data and after their request has been approved, the data goes with another document let's say with a sharing agreement? or condition for use?

@mmindje As discussed in one of our meetings, this document is actually the data sharing agreement, send to a user once they have requested data. This has been completed. So I will close this ticket.

Please however see the ticket in the Kartoza Github repository #2452 We need to create a general README that gets sent with any downloaded data.

Thank you Helen. It is clear. The read me will be a good way to inform the end user.
