Add licence header to existing source files #7

As per the appendix in LICENSE, we should add a licence header and copyright notice to the existing source files. This should be done before going public methinks.

boilerplate header we can use. and yeah we need a NOTICE file.

"The other file that is required is a file named NOTICE in which you place a copy of your notice statement you modified above and a listing of the names of licensed libraries used in your project (be sure to list the names of the developers of those projects as well — show your appreciation)."

I was trying to find more information on the notice file because the Apache website just says for Apache projects, which this isn't.
