All pages – Footer – links at bottom of page have an active and invalid tooltips #153

Issue Description: In the About government section, there are invalid tooltip on all 9 links and 5 links at the very bottom. Each tooltip has its link name and adds on “section.” These are not correctly identified, as they are not sections. Authors should try to avoid punctuation in the tooltips as much as possible. These tooltips do not provide additional information beyond what is already there in the text label.

Note: this impacts logged in and logged out users. Footer- invalid tooltips

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://rsams.dev.cloud.openplus.ca/en/ and https://recalls-rappels.canada.ca/en
  2. Scroll to the bottom where footer links appear. Problem: All 14 links have invalid tooltips

Expected results: The tooltips should be removed from all 14 links in the footer.

@hydegeoff I think that this is directly taken from Canada.ca, is this issue only on the RSA pages or across all Health Canada web pages? If it is the latter, it should be reported to the Digital Comms team for a fix.

This does not exists on health Canada web pages, for example: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/health.html I believe tooltip activation is through Drupal platform and it should be disabled.

From OP: This is a WxT issue, it might be fixed next update.

Recently fixed and validated on Dev. Will be deployed to prod with the next update (next week: Aug 06, 2024).
