Managing taxonomy vocabularies: Broken link #83

Issue Description: There is a broken link "Taxonomy" under "The taxonomy administration view". Same issue in the French page. image image

Steps to reproduce: Navigate to the "Taxonomy" link and activate the link. Getting an error message "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Expected results: Proper "Taxonomy" link should open when users access the link. Please also fix the broken link on other pages:

All updates made in current HELP GUIDE. Also fixed FR links.

Blocked by issue #137 , I believe this page exists within help section.

I was able to find the page of where this issue exists: https://rsams.dev.cloud.openplus.ca/en/documentation/managing-taxonomy-vocabularies

@mmiron-HC you do have access on prod. website. Please use your same login credentials. Please ensure that you login first: https://rsams.prod.cloud.openplus.ca/en/user/login

Tested on prod https://rsams.prod.cloud.openplus.ca/en/documentation/managing-taxonomy-vocabularies, and the "Taxonomy" link opens a "Page not found". image

@XiuJuanXia My bad. This is a security feature.

Access to the taxonomy page is limited to only BPA users. This is a security feature. These sections of the help guide are only applicable to BPA users who would have access to the hyperlinks w/o issues.

At this time we have only 8 BPAs who are allowed to access these types of menus.

The BPA sections of the Help Guide would not be relevant to all other users.

I have tested this and it works if you have the correct permissions to access that section. If we do another round, we can give you temporary BPA rights so you can see it, but it is working correctly. Marking as resolved.
