Fontawesome 4.3.0 #35

I updated the fontawesome to the last version and activated the Bootstrap CDN on the $fa-font-path. Hope you like.

What is the boxed-page.html layout for? Doesn't appear to have anything to do with Font Awesome 4.3.0

I am sorry Michael, I have added this after creating the Fontawesome pull request. The boxed-page is a _layout which include divs main and wrap. I really missed that on the project I am building and I was going to create another pull request for boxed-page.
