wrong column order in http://mmisw.org/ont/argo/instrument #227

Columns in this http://mmisw.org/ont/argo/instrument vocabulary seem to be in the wrong order (only first term is shown):

name | code figure

Ninja, FSI conductivity sensor | 857

The URI for this term is http://mmisw.org/ont/argo/instrument/Ninja_FSI_conductivity_sensor , which I think is not what is intended.

The order should be:

code figure | name

857 | Ninja, FSI conductivity sensor
