Fix mmisw.org to point to a 'home page' for the ORR #244

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Go to mmisw.org What is the expected output? The actual repository What do you see instead? An MMI page Please use labels and text to provide additional information. The following text is suggested. Squiggle brackets indicate links.

The MMI Ontology Registry and Repository (ORR) is a web service through which you can create, update, access, and map ontologies and their terms.

A detailed explanation of the ORR is provided at the MMI web site {ORR page}. More information about the semantic framework, of which ORR forms a part, can be found at the {MMI Semantic Framework pages}.

Redirection to MMI's page removed and mmisw.org's index.html page updated. Attached is a screenshot showing how http://mmisw.org/ looks now.
