Add cross domain file to allow client access from Adobe Flash #302

[request by Avinash R.] What capability do you want added or improved? Enable Flash applications to make requests to the MMI ORR. Where do you want this capability to be accessible? In the SPARQL endpoint in particular. Other details of your desired capability? This the MMI ORR to host a special cross domain file. More info about Adobe's cross-domain policy file here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/articles/crossdomain_policy_file_spec.html NOTE: This request can be fulfilled but just making the cross domain file accesible, that is, by puttin the file in the appropriate location in the application container (No changes are required in the MMI ORR system per se.)
