What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. create a mapping ontology involving > 26 mapped ontologies, eg., http://mmisw.org/ont/bodc/MapSeaVoxPlatforms2IOOSandRDIPlatforms . (note that the multiple mapped ontologies may arise after the mapping itself has been created depending on the structure of the URI's of the mapped terms -- basically, if the URI of a mapped term has a trailing slash, then a corresponding "mapped ontology" may be introduced for subsequent visualization/editing of the mapping ontology.) What is the expected output? Prefixes are nicely assigned after 'Z', for example, 'AA', 'AB', ... , 'AZ', 'BA', .... What do you see instead? Confusing characters after the 'Z' prefix. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. Using ORR Portal 2.0.42.beta (201308051249)

Fixed in ORR Portal 2.0.43 (201309141832)

Screenshot attached. This is screenshot if for the same ontology where the issue was noted, http://mmisw.org/ont/bodc/MapSeaVoxPlatforms2IOOSandRDIPlatforms , as it is currently dispatched by the ORR portal.

Note: this dispatch may change when the handling of the common prefixes is included in a future version (so, not so many prefixes will be needed).
