Example with the MMI ORR:

• Browse the ORR at the HTTPS location: https://mmisw.org/ont
• select the "fully-hosted" option under the "Hosting" facet
• Expected: See all ontologies with URL starting with http://mmisw.org/ont/
• But these are not displayed

Symmetrically, if visiting the site at the HTTP location http://mmisw.org/ont, then all ontologies with URL starting with https://mmisw.org/ont/ should be displayed.
