improve SPARQL query suggestions reference #117

I have 3 levels of improvement to the SPARQL query suggestions we offer, specifically for COR but the third level is more general.

A) Make a pointer in http://cor.esipfed.org/ont/sparql to reference https://mmisw.org/orrdoc/query/#some-sparql-examples. These won't work directly (unless we add a few key vocabularies to COR, which we could do), but they provide some useful hints as to how to form the example queries.

B) Actually create a page in the COR documentation that corresponds to the MMISW page, but targets the COR SPAQRL service, and uses COR-specific queries.

C) Add some more sophisticated 'real-world' queries. I will create another ticket for this topic.

If this is COR specific, perhaps enter it in https://github.com/ESIPFed/cor instead?

Of course, for mechanisms that are lacking but that would be needed in the ORR software to allow the suggested changes, then please enter a description of such (generic) mechanisms in this tracker.

I have added the suggested link (A). It will look like this:

@graybeal I think that this issue can be closed off. With the updated @carueda and I have made to the SPARQL capabilities, specifically by upgrading YASGUI, we can now do geographic visualization. The recent ESIP slides demonstrate this. Maybe I can make a video about this... wdyt?

Well, I think we've done (A), so the letter of that part of the request has been satisfied.

I think I would immediate make a request to do (B), since the default feedback from the default configuration both doesn't work and produces results that have no relation to COR. So from a COR user satisfaction standpoint it's still pretty disappointing on the COR side.

But from the MMI ORR standpoint, and from a "Can we do SPARQL queries now?" it's a pretty good achievement, so you can sign it off.
