'Upload ontology' broken #147

ORR version 3.8.6 (orr-portal).

While testing recently built image mmisw/orr:3.8.6j11 for the COR instance, when clicking 'Upload ontology' the following is displayed in the console:

Fix in orr docker image 3.8.7, deployed to the COR.
