Trailing slash ignored for resolution #156

https://mmisw.org/ont/~webmining/MWSontologySVU/ - When I click on it I get IRI not found, but it appears in the list of ontologies.

In this case, the ontology IRI has a trailing slash, however, it's been handled without it for resolution:

3.9.2 deployed: https://mmisw.org/ont#/so/webmining

https://mmisw.org/ont/~webmining/MWSontologySVU/ is now properly dispatched (trailing slash retained) as expected for resolution.
