Admin: show indication of public or owner visibility in main list #163

I've proposed this in some past occasion. Now, noting again the many recent submissions to the MMI ORR I'm capturing the idea here, which is to facilitate inspection of new submissions to quickly determine the given visibility by just looking at the list in the main page.

(related suggestions include some more formal process to "approve" new submissions, eg. by assigning "owner" visibility on initial submission, especially by new users/orgs, and the like ...)

That is, with a star * next to the status mark when the visibility is not public.
