Completely unexpected, upon addressing #178 , the icons are all gone!
Likely related with gulp (what a pita) for the packaged portal.
On my local dev (with gulp dev), all looks good as usual:
gulp dev
Since the build of the whole dockerized system takes a long time I'll have to see when to find time for a next session on this.
