(10.71) inconsistency in notation #622

Describe the mistake Cov[x, z] vs. Cov_z[y] vs. Cov_z[z, z]: three separate notations, not clear what if any difference there is between these.

Proposed solution Consistent notation and/or explaining what the differences are.
