Problem: parentheses missing in formula.

equation number: 5.6c Correction: It should have outer parentheses in the limit 5.6c: $\displaystyle\lim_{h\to 0}\left(\binom{n}{1}x^{n-1}+\sum_{i=2}^{n}\binom{n}{i}x^{n-i}h^{i-1}\right)$

I'll add the parentheses for clarity. Will be fixed with next update of PDF.
