Describe the mistake Instructor's solution manual, page 490, for problem 2.17

Location Please provide the Solution Manual: Draft (2020-02-23) of “Mathematics for Machine Learning”.

  2. page 490 The transformation matrix given

Proposed solution Solution to problem 2.17: The first row of the given transformation matrix should be: [ 3 2 1] and not [ 3 2 -1]

Hello, may I ask where I can get solution manual. I am reading this book recently, and like to do some exercises, solution manual would be nice to check.
