Procedure for requesting updates to the website

Here's what I have in mind, which is not very organized yet. Let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas.

For members to request updates:

• Option 1: Open a GitHub issue to describe the changes or suggestions you want to see
• Option 2: Make the changes on a local branch, and submit a pull request to merge to the devel branch.

For the website maintainer (currently @Nellie021231):

• Check the GitHub issues every week, and implement the requested changes if everything's clear
• If it is not clear how to make the changes, make a comment on the issue
• The changes should only be pushed to the devel branch

The lab will review the changes from the devel branch before pushing it to master, which is when the changes will be live.
