Make libgamespyquery as a Composer library #1

It would be a great idea to also make libgamespyquery as a Composer library, not only as a virion for PocketMine-MP plugins. People could use libgamespyquery to make websites, programs, etc. Also, dependency management will be easier with Composer.

I think I'll fork this GitHub repository and make this also as a Composer library. I'll submit a PR when it's done.
