It does not work in Galaxy S4 and galaxy tab 3 #1

I got connection between two devices and I also changed the colors but it does not send any information to the other device .so i didnt get it. Aditional to that, the buttons (Reset, acelerometer, demo mode and ir learn mode) do not work at all.

what software are you running on the uC on the receiving end?
