Switching from bind mounts to volume mounts to improve performance based off of feedback received in issues
Improvements to the container build and more from @xcoldfyrex

TODO:

Automate migration script
Test migration script more thoroughly
Test with no mods
Update default world (missing planets)
Update CI/CD
Implement semantic versioning
Figure out how to shut down cleanly so progress isn't lost/world isn't corrupted
