Added Two Sensor Diagrams #14

Here are the two diagrams - feel free to give me any feedback/changes you want. Also I'm sure you'll want them in your own file structure/doc but you can adjust that as needed :smile:

:+1: thanks @lukeschunk this is super helpful. I can move them to be linkable from the main documentation on the index page etc. These look a lot better than my attempt in #13 :smile:
