Add a page to describe how to make your own recruitbot.

Note: I can't merge this until i actually test it. So far I've always provisioned the roombots by burning a vanilla sd card and then installing all the dependencies and setting up the wifi an ssh session.

That seemed like a lot of extra work so I want to change it to work via resin.io which will require a lot less technical expertise
