Simple friends list.

Keep a note of when players were last online, and provide shortcuts to various actions for them such as /tell etc.

Give a UI page with the list of friends, and a text box for you to add others.

MMOplayerlist could be combined, with a button to switch from friends to all players as they seem to have the same functionality.

Where they have overlapping code that will be stored in mmoCore - the purpose of having a larger number of separate plugins is to allow server admins to only install the specific ones they want - not have to configure them to enable / disable certain whole subsections ;-)
