Provide an auction system.
Must interface with an Economy system (iConomy?)
Items are removed from the player on adding.
Bid and Buyout prices.
Auction time.
Listing fee & Auction fee.
Anti-sniping feature, any bids placed in the last minute will extend the auction for another minute.
Winning auctions are held until delivery is accepted (mmoMail suggested).
Items are categorised, and may be searched for.
All GUI work can be duplicated by /commands, but far easier to do with UI
