Unlike normal giving of items (via Q etc) this pops up a window that lets both players drop items in to trade. Both need to accept the trade in order for it to happen.
Player one -> Offer,
Player two -> Accept,
Player one -> Accept
GUI would be an inventory window, but the top right would have the trade buttons and a 2x2 (3x3?) space for items to be dropped in.
Trades would not be acceptable if you don't have enough space for the new items.
