Questing system. Allow various requirements for completing a quest. Allow various requirements for starting a quest (ie, another quest etc) Allow various quest rewards.

All quests to be created by options and controlled by / commands - other plugins interface to hide that.

GUI to show active quests, as well as choose which to show.
