php_tesseract.dll File missing #1471

Hi,

I am working on tesseract API's for checking OCR confidence level on Windows 
system(Windows 7).
For API's i need to load tesseract php extension.I did not find 
php_tesseract.dll file in source code directory.

please find attached source code.

it is giving me following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function new TessBaseAPI(). 

I searched for php_tesseract.dll file but i did not find such a file on 
internet.

Please provide solution to overcome this issue.

Please feel free to suggest any alternative way for finding confidence level of 
Tesseract OCR.

Let me tell you i have tesseract-ocr-3.02.02 installed on my system. but i did 
not find the php_tesseract.dll file anywhere.
