load COG from URL #140

Can I load a COG from a url and then mask it anddo other operations or does the file need to be on the server?

Yes, you can with the /vsicurl/ file handerl.

As you may have seen from my profile, I am currently unemployed because of an extortion with the help of the French police and judicial officials.
