Remove wine stuff (by configuration?) #11

wine shale not be required, so whenever a native Linux binary exists, it shall 
be possible to deactivate wine

we still need wine for OgreMeshy, i can't compile the latest OgreMeshy under 
ubuntu.  DDS Utils also needs wine.
