Lexer now builds list in the right order #27

A small improvement in the lexer, build the list in the right order from the start avoiding the need to reverse the list at the end. I'm including code from @malisper's blog. I can't find a license for the snippets in his blog so maybe we should wait for his explicit permission?

Most of the utility code I have written about is already in Clamp (including accum) which is in turn based on code from Arc. Both are covered under the Perl Artistic license 2.0.

I am going to have to find a way to make the licensing of the code on my blog clearer and figure out what code I can put under a more permissive license.

@malisper One way to deal with it would be to place a disclaimer in the about page along the lines of "Unless explicitly stated otherwise all code snippets here are licensed by ..."
