Which firmware is installed?
ROM Version Evervolv-Acies-1.10b3-Wimacs
Android Version 2.3.4
Baseband 2.15.00.0808

What version of wireless tether are you using?3.1-beta6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start tether on phone
2.Connect on pc with limited access
3.No network connect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect tethering to work.  How do I remove limited access

Please provide any additional information below.
