htv evo design please help #1530

Which device (manufactur)
HTC evo design from sprint with ics

Which firmware is installed?
Ics 4.0.3
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.1 beta 14
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I choose generic I cs I get my dives to connect but no internet acces
2.only one arrow. From 3g bar moving the down one... not internet access at all
3.choose routing fix also mms clamping and nothing please hell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Wifi Tether 3.2 beta 2

The Logs show the following entries:
    Stopping softap... failed
    Stopping tether interface... failed.

Clients connect to the wifi, but do not get internet access.

I have tried MMS Clamping, Routing Fix, several wifi channels, and Force Wifi 
Driver Reload.  No success.

Please advise?
