wlan0 doesn't show up #1867

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
- Samsung galaxy s2 i9100. 

Which firmware is installed?
- ROM 4.1.2. (Stock rom of Samsung)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- ndc fwreload wlan0 AP 

Output
- 400 0 Softap operation failed (No such file or directory)

I guess the above problem is because when I use `netcfg` command. I don't see 
`wlan0` listed (In my S1 i9000, the `wlan0` appears.) Is there anyway that I 
can add `wlan0`. Thanks in advance.
