What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When bluetooth is on and bluetooth ear piece is connected. When I turn on
the wifi tethered the bluetooth gets disabled and device disconnects. Have to
go back and turn it on the bluetooth and connect device.

bluetooth should stay connected
