motorola photon 4g lte

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3 beta2 06102013

i want to play xbox 360 i need infrastructure mode for this phone.
if you can get me on xbox live i will donate $50

rooted, unlocked, stock rom.  not a technical savvy guy so if you need me 
update kernal or firmware or anything like that you will need to walk me 
through it.  thanks
